The Axolotl paddle system represents the next step in our ongoing collaboration with INCNTRL. This four-paddle design introduces a new ergonomic layout built to enhance control, comfort and accessibility for competitive gameplay. Developed through focused feedback and iterative refinement, the Axolotl offers players a more adaptable and responsive paddle setup, tailored for fast-paced titles where precision matters.

Case Study Highlights
Developing the Axolotl system required extensive prototyping to perfect reach, comfort and responsiveness. Every iteration was fitted to a real controller, ensuring each paddle could be accessed naturally without disrupting grip, even in demanding gameplay conditions. Through adjustments to curvature, spacing and tactile feel, the Axolotl provides expanded control options beyond previous INCNTRL designs.
After finalising the design, we transitioned the project into mass-production. The manufacturing workflow was refined to maintain the precise standards set during prototyping, ensuring each Axolotl paddle set delivers consistent durability and performance. This has allowed INCNTRL to meet increasing demand while providing players with a controller upgrade engineered for competitive reliability.
